Who am I?

I am an actor that’s been working on General Hospital for 30 years. 3 time Emmy winner, and NY Times best selling author of Nothing General About It. But what I’m most proud of is being a mental health advocate for over 30 years. I have my own podcast called State of Mind which airs weekly. I am bipolar. I was diagnosed in my early 20’s and have lived successfully with it in my personal life and career. I currently deal with anxiety but mange it with meditation, exercise, medication and family love and support.

What is my podcast playlist about?

My list is about mind spirituality and peace. Life help and encouragement from brillant people like Deepak Chopra and Eckhart Tolle.
