Who am I?

My name is Jay Scherr and I'm the host of the Business Minds Coffee Chat podcast, a business performance coach, speaker, advisor, mentor, husband, and father. I have a passion for helping people discover their potential and bring their best selves to the work they do. In my youth, I suffered from low self-esteem, and low self-worth, and didn't believe in myself. It took years of deep work to change the narrative and realize my potential and what I was capable of becoming. It has been part of my mission to help other people see the potential they have within and learn how to activate it.
