Who am I?

I am a river city girl excited about seeing Black women put down their capes and live their best lives. I do that through my company, Nova Brand Agency, where we curate and develop women's brand asset ecosystems ensuring a functional personal brand. I also love having incredible conversations with dynamic Gen X women on the Black Women Amplified Podcast. Life can be challenging and we need a dose of inspiration. Whether it is storytelling, intriguing interviews, or a place to get life questions answered, we deserve spaces that embrace our many facets.

What is my podcast playlist about?

When I walked away from a career it took me 35 years to build, I realized I needed to unravel and unlearn who I was to step into the life that I once dreamed of. These podcasts were a big part of my journey of self-discovery. In life we focus on producing, but there are moments we need to stop, listen, and learn new parts of ourselves. That's the beauty of podcasts, you get to explore the minds of others.

The podcasts I picked and why
