Who am I?

Amanda Soler is the founder and creator of SolFul Living, a collective established to provide support, inspiration, tools and techniques to help people realize their purpose and develop purpose-driven businesses and projects. She is the host and creator of SolFul Connections, a podcast featuring authentic and inspiring conversation. A former Chief Operating Officer with a Chamber of Commerce, Amanda has combined her skills and expertise in networking, event planning and business building with her passion for personal growth to create the SolFul brand. A former magazine editor and writer, she helps people with their own branding and self discovery through conversation and writing. A certified Chopra Meditation Instructor, Amanda seeks to balance the head and the heart, our purpose with productivity. Ultimately, her passion is growth and transformation, her own and her clients. An active and engaged community leader, Amanda seeks to elevate associates and the community through events, workshops, and resources. I have overcome a host of obstacles. My husband, family and I experienced a few crises, one after the other, starting with a life-threatening condition of one of our children. What I learned is that joy can be found hidden within the most devastating and terrifying experiences. The challenging experiences in my life only served to continue my own journey toward understanding my own life and purpose and helping others do the same. I've always learned best through conversation. And, when those conversations are fun - and even funny and creative - they invite listening and engagement.

My Show

Life is freaking hard. We are all doing hard things every single day – things like loving and losing; caring for children and parents; forging and ending friendships; battling addiction, illness, and loneliness; struggling in our jobs, our marriages, and our divorces; setting boundaries; and fighting for equality, purpose, freedom, joy, and peace. On We Can Do Hard Things, Glennon Doyle, author of UNTAMED; her wife Abby Wambach; and her sister Amanda Doyle do the only thing they’ve found that has ever made life easier: Drop the fake and talk honestly about the hard things including sex, gender, parenting, blended families, bodies, anxiety, addiction, justice, boundaries, fun, quitting, overwhelm . . . all of it. We laugh and cry and help each other carry the hard so we can all live a little bit lighter and braver, free-er, less alone.

5. Sibling Revelry with Kate Hudson and Oliver Hudson

Why this podcast?

I listen to the episodes featuring other siblings. The sibling relationship is an important one. And, I love that it's the topic of this podcast.

Sibling Revelry explores the sibling bond, family dynamics, the human mind, and so much more. Kate and Oliver dive deep into the things that interest them and talk to other siblings in a free-formed, wide open, relaxed conversation to not only have some laughs, but to maybe inspire some people along the way with universal tales of what it’s like to grow up with brothers and sisters.
