Who am I?

I am the Founder of NoDegree.com and host of The NoDegree Podcast where I interview people without college degrees and have them share their stories so others can follow in their path. I want to make the career journey easier for those without college degrees. I saw so many people without college degrees who were very smart but passed up on opportunity because they didn't have a college degree. This discouraged them from pursuing certain paths and I don't want that to happen to anyone.
