The best podcasts for being inspired

Who am I?

I am a mom of two teenagers. I am a physical and craniosacral therapist with a specialty in pediatrics. I have always loved being a mom, but like most of us, you can get sucked into the vortex and lose yourself along the way. Through investing time in myself, stepping out of my comfort zone, and setting goals for myself I began to reconnect with my passions, begin new ones, and live a life that I desired. I also realized that taking the time for me made me a better mom, and a better person. And that is what I want to share with my listeners. I want to provide tools, resources, and inspiration for moms to live the life they desire on their terms. My ultimate goal in life is to spread positivity and inspire others to lead the life of their dreams. Whether I am working with clients as a Craniosacral Therapist, raising my children, or hosting my podcast, my presence in the world is one of positivity and motivation, and that is how I show up every day.

5. Words You've Never Heard Me Say with Jaime, Frank and Kell Farmer

Why this podcast?

This episode is personally inspiring to me, as this child who was not able to communicate for so long finally found his voice. This is a story you need to listen to.

We are celebrating our 1-year anniversary with our top 5 episodes of the year.

At #1 Words You've Never Heard Me Say with Jaime, Frank and Kell Farmer

This week on Real Life Momz, we discuss autism. I am honored to have Jaime, Frank, and Kell Farmer join me - Kell was diagnosed with Autism at an early age and has been unable to express himself verbally for most of his life.

Jaime and Frank share their story of strength together and how Kell found his voice through a new therapy called S2C. With this miraculous therapy and for the first time in 15 years, they can finally have a conversation with their son.

We learn about Kell’s beautiful journey, and we hear from him DIRECTLY about his experiences with autism and his message for other parents and children dealing with the same condition.
