Who am I?

Nick is a resilient individual who has faced and overcome numerous challenges in his life. Battling depression at the age of 30, he discovered an inner strength that propelled him forward. With a passion for construction, Nick became a self-employed builder from the ages of 18 to 35. Seeking a new path, Nick transitioned into a completely different role within the Prison Service from the ages of 35 to 38. His time in this demanding profession provided him with a unique perspective on rehabilitation and personal growth. Embracing his natural ability to guide and motivate others, Nick ventured into coaching, where he found fulfilment in helping individuals overcome their own obstacles and unlock their potential. Recognising the power of storytelling, Nick also hosts a captivating podcast (Nick Needs to Know) where he shares his own journey and interviews inspiring guests.

2. Women at Work

Why this podcast?

Women face gender discrimination throughout our careers. It doesn't have to derail our ambitions - but how do we prepare to deal with it? There's no workplace orientation session about narrowing the wage gap, standing up to interrupting male colleagues, or taking on many other issues we encounter at work. So HBR staffers Amy Bernstein, Amy Gallo, and Emily Caulfield are untangling some of the knottiest problems. They interview experts on gender, tell stories about their own experiences, and give lots of practical advice to help you succeed in spite of the obstacles.
