The best podcasts about Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Who am I?

I’m a podcast producer, songwriter, speaker, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu blue belt. I started this podcast with my Jiu Jitsu coach AJ Clingerman, shortly after I started doing Jiu Jitsu because I couldn’t find the podcast I wanted to listen to about Jiu Jitsu. So, I decided to make my own to get my questions answered. I couldn’t find the Jiu Jitsu podcast I wanted to listen to when I first started training, so I asked my coach to co-host this podcast with me. There were very few women podcasting about Jiu Jitsu at the time. I figured I wasn't the only woman looking for a Jiu Jitsu podcast that was hosted by women and talking about experience on and off the mat. Our goal with this podcast is to bring more women into the Jiu Jitsu community, educate, and inspire them to keep training.
