The best podcasts for Yoga teachers and Yoga lovers

Who am I?

I'm a yoga teacher, podcaster and business owner. I developed a deep interest in yoga and meditation after encountering major health issues several years ago. I deeply believe that yoga and mediation can help many people, but also that it needs to be taught in a way that is accessible and inclusive. I'd nearly go as far as to say that yoga saved my life. It was instrumental in my recovery, both mentally and physically (alongside conventional medical treatment).

My Show

What is my podcast about and/or how does it relate to the playlist topic you chose?

In the Flow Artists Podcast, which is co-hosted by my amazing wife Jo Stewart, we speak to yoga and meditation teachers from Australia, New Zealand and all over the world. We also have an interest in accessibility as it is at the heart of being an effective yoga teacher. We love learning from the people who inspire us as they create positive change within our world.

What is my podcast playlist about?

This is a tour through some of the leading minds of today's yoga community. They cover current issues, provide insights into integrating yoga philosophy and deliver a surprising amount of laughs!

The Connected Yoga Teacher Podcast is a place where yoga teachers can tune in each week to learn, connect with community and gain inspiration. After a yoga teacher training it can feel like being left out in the wilderness for yoga teacher entrepreneurs. The business side of yoga is often not talked about as much as philosophy, anatomy and other topics covered in a yoga teacher training. This podcast addresses the questions and challenges that yoga teachers face. Hear interviews with yoga teachers and other professionals on a variety of topics.
