Who am I?
I am a Wellbeing Coach, podcast host, and the creator of the Jōrni Wellbeing Platform. In 2019, I created the Jōrni after a transformative personal experience inspired me to continue my own journey of healing, self-discovery, and personal development in psychology and mental health. I created The Jōrni Wellbeing Platform after a transformative year in 2018. This led me to really dive into whole-hearted living, including holistic health, holistic healing, mental health, and holistic wellbeing. Working with mental health challenges and chronic illness is just one small part of what I discovered. Understanding that true healing and finding joy requires us to re-examine how we live and what we might already think we know is another part.

My podcast is about holistic health and healing, as it relates to overcoming mental health challenges and really any challenges in life that take away our wellbeing and joy. I showcase one practitioner and modality (or approach) in each episode, highlighting the many ways we can take charge of our wellbeing and find ways to heal and thrive.

My playlist is about some of the amazing guests I have had the privilege of meeting through my podcast, who truly embody the message of holistic living and healing. Each one of them offers a perspective on living life consciously and in alignment, considering not just emotional wellbeing, but also physical and mental health as well.
