Erin Royer Presents Minding The Gap

Any intentional change, any connection to the self, your own needs, wants and desires that you want to actualize, is positive. But there are two paths to creating this change, through a more traditional (3D) physical dimensional reality or through manifesting energetically, (5D). But regardless, the holdups are often the very same. Our thoughts, habits and belief systems get in our own way. This is the work that needs to be done or should I say undone? In this episode I cover the basics and differences of creating change and transformation through both a 3D and 5D perspectives so for anyone not familiar with the difference, when I reference these terms in future episodes, everyone will have an understanding. The truth is, even if you don't know it, you are probably using both already anyway!

Minding the Gap is a podcast about managing the journey of transformation from where you are to where you want to be. In this very first episode I introduce the transformation process from both psychological and spiritual perspectives, what topics will be covered in the future episodes, my experience as a therapist, and in my own latest spiritual awakening and journey so you can get a feel for me and see if what I have to share resonates with you in a way that you want to learn more about transforming your own life from me.

We cannot change that which we are not aware. Therefore, fostering self-awareness is a foundational step in any transformation. This episode covers, what self awareness is (there are two types!), some truths and myths about self-awareness, how to cultivate a practice of deeper self-awareness, common road-blocks to engaging in building self-awareness and the tools I will cover in coming episodes that will help you begin to do the work on your self-awareness.
