MindFULL conversations brings "mindful conversations" to folks seeking practical information for self-awareness, and the ability to see themselves reflected in what inspires them, validates their insights, and normalizes what they're pondering. With actionable tips and useful conversations about career transitions, new ideas about books and the journeys it takes to write them, and creative perspectives that will shift you around life's everyday moments, MindFULL conversations unlocks what's inside of YOU.
This podcast will:
- Inspire you to take action.
- Delight you with new ideas.
- Encourage you to take one step toward your dreams.
- Help you to find new ways of being in the world you hadn’t thought of.
And how does this happen? By releasing something inside of the conversationalist, and the listener, with an engaging question.
For over 30 years, your host, Robin Glickstein, Ed.M., was on the client and agency side of the business and collected 100s of ideas. She spent 25 years hearing 1,000s of personal insights from all kinds of people and learned to hone her questions and unlock insights. With nowhere to put all the ideas that she was having, Robin began The MindFULL Creative, a blog written from noticing how her mind was so FULL of inspirational stories and creative ideas (tips, insights, personal musings and awesome folks doing wonderful work, etc.). She then went on to learn about a podcast that encouraged her to bring her ideas and insights to a new level. Prone to micro-conversations with folks in line for groceries, on planes and almost anywhere she goes, Robin's mind continued to be FULL and thus, MindFULL conversations (lower c) was born.
In this podcast, you will hear conversations with guests who have made the leap to where they are today – and actionable strategies that can help you jump!

We help you learn lots of topics!

The aim: To have a conversation with anyone about anything.

This can be a really useful skill to have and something you can use in all aspects of your day to day life. Be that at the pub with friends, during a job interview, or speaking with your boss at work.

In this podcast we will cover a wide range of topics. We will hopefully introduce you to new topics, books or concepts that we think will be useful to learn.

So you know we are not experts in the subjects we cover, we have one week to read and research the topic.

This is then a summary of the research and reading we have done.

We do the hard work, then share what we think is the most useful information for you to know!

Once you have listened we would love to hear your thoughts or any feedback.

So, relax and select someone from the cast below and get to know a bit more about a particular Oxford life. With Jeremy Allen Produced by Graeme Fry As a compliment to our podcast we have produced a self-guided tour where we look at Oxford’s links to fantasy literature and the many writers who have lived and worked here. Greetings Gearthlings... Welcome aboard Planet Gearth: The Bulging Consciousness Podcast. I’m your host, Jay Lloyd. Here’s where Inspired Spirituality meets Hard Science meets Timeless philosophy meets Humor meets You! If you watch the news it would seem like armageddon is gedden it’s big boy pants on for one more blast from the past of male pattern leadership. But it’s not a done deal, and here on Planet Gearth, we aim to spread the love... As your host, I’ll be guiding us toward a better tomorrow with the help of my ascendant team of masters and disasters. And as a Voice-Actor it works out pretty good, since I’ll be channeling all of their voices from deep inside my universal consciousness and vocal cords. Propelled by a questionable sense of humor, innate joy of life, deep love of nature, wild wonder at the magic in the stars, and a wanderlust for multi-dimensional places to teleport to, to telepathically talk to, unthinkable thinkers, of thoughts humans have never thought of before. Our mission is to seek out strange new insights, go where no podcast has gone before, here and in galaxies far far away, like to infinity and beyond. And to be pleasant while doing it. With our rag-tag band of ArchAngels, Fallen Angels, Ascendant Masters, Profits, Ex-Profits, Non-Profits, Alien Overlords, Astrological Aficionados, Channelers, Mediums, Psychics, Spirits, Ghosts, Hosts and more... we’ll mind-meld, like dark chocolate melds to the space between your teeth and gums, with the latest that Science, Philosophy, and Spirituality have to offer, and perhaps more importantly see how they can all finally work together. Can you feel it? A massive energetic shift is rocking the planet. Governments reeling, shifting, and toppling like avalanches with reckless abandon. Tariff Wars tanking global markets bringing fear and loathing to financial systems here, there, and everywhere...even in galaxies far far away, who totally bet on Earth’s human foibles. On top of that, Gaia, our very source of life itself is bringing never-before-seen earthquakes, fires, floods, and extreme weather wreaking its wrath with diabolical destruction. She seems very angry at her human offspring. And really can you blame her? Earth Day was initiated on April, 22nd 1970 in light of several man-made environmental disasters. And 55 years later It sure seems like Malevolent Madmen are still pulling the levers of power. It’s not cool messing with Mother Nature cause Gaia’s wrath can easily end mankind’s path... And yet at the same time... Science & Tech booming Spirituality booming Philosophy booming and looming as we strive to understand Mind Bending AI Breakthroughs, Quantum Consciousness, Constant Cosmic Constant Conundrums, Secret Alien Project Managers, Robot Acrobatics, Wild Wisdom from the Ancients, Psychics & Seers soothing our Souls with Spiritual Incarnations, Interdimensional Archangel Teams, Ascendent Masters, Light Workers, Breath Healers, and Near Death Experiencers... We'll delve into all of that and more... Are we living in an over-amped world about to blow a fuse... How long can this last? Fear not, for this sheer chaos heralds a great awakening... As the veil of reality is shifting, human consciousness is riding a tidal wave of ever-growing vibrations of ascendance, increasingly reverberating into once in a life-changing transformation. Know this, it is your thoughts, emotions, and intentions that help fuel the collective energy field, which is now experiencing a profound restructuring as the vibrational frequency of the planet is increasing. The key to navigating this shift is elevating your conscious awareness... what you focus on you amplify...we are the creators of our own vibrations... Simple... Create love instead of hate, inspiration, and joy, instead of fear and loathing... this is all it takes to change the world, a groundswell of rising good vibrations, ushering a new epoch of peace, love, and understanding. What’s so funny about that? If you like, subscribe, and listen, together, we’ll try and find out with a sense of wonder and humor, for humor is one of the best ways to deal with sheer chaos! What are vibrations? How can we raise them? What discoveries are on the horizon? Can we make bacteria that eats all the plastic pollution we’ve created? Are Quantum Fields more Conscious of us than we are of them? Can any setback be reversed by simply staying positive, accepting, and learning from it? Imagine if it were true, and that simple, that our individual positive energy can actually impact all of society at large in ways never before realized... That, simply not taking the bait and falling into fear and anger and just being penetratingly positive, kind, and caring could usher in a new age of abundance for all, not just the few, but the many. People who fiercely focus on winning fame and money may find some fame and some money but do not usually find true happiness. Only love of self and others can find a ha
