Welcome to Journey Through Classical Piano, the podcast dedicated to helping people of all musical tastes and backgrounds discover the beauty of classical music. This bi-weekly podcast features concert-like musical experiences and in-depth exploration of classical compositions. Your host, classical pianist Jeeyoon Kim, brings the splendor of the classical music experience right to your living room or on the go in 15-minute segments. Let’s embark in the journey together!
Podcast host Matt Hurt (Obsessive Viewer Podcasts) loves science fiction. Yet, he has never seen The Twilight Zone. Anthology is his attempt to rectify that and broaden his sci-fi horizons. Join him as each week, Matt shares his first impressions, analysis, and overall thoughts on episodes of Rod Serling’s iconic series in chronological order. He also pairs each review with a non-spoiler review of an episode of Science Fiction Theatre, a sci-fi anthology series hosted by Truman Bradley from 1955. In bonus episode series, Matt covers each episode of modern sci-fi anthology series such as Black Mirror, Philip K. Dick’s Electric Dreams, Hulu’s Dimension 404, and (of course) CBS All-Access’ modern revival of The Twilight Zone produced and hosted by Jordan Peele. Proudly presented by ObsessiveViewer.com.

Tech House Mixes, presents a wicked blend of upfront, House and Tech House Tunes, mixed entirely by me, Ian Crooks. The Tunes in these mixes can be heard on dance floors across London and the UK. Wicked tunes, with some great vocals.I stick to two styles of mixes: My Club mixes are always full on, tune after tune, they atart slow and build in energy along the way, to give you a nonstop desire to get your dancing shoes on and count down the minutes till the weekend. My Dance mixes do just that, they make you want to dance. But you don’t need to be in a club to appreciate these mixes. With the energy levels still high but the big sounds turned down, the tunes speak for themselves. There's no DJ sound effects or filters, just good quality DJ mixing. During Mutual Radio broadcast of "The Adventures of Superman", starting in 1945 Superman and Batman, years before their comic book collaborations, really became a functioning team. But largely the team-up of Batman, and Superman provided some time off for an overworked Bud Collyer (Superman). These episodes called for Superman to be occupied elsewhere, and the crime fighting would be handled by Batman. Stacy Harris played Batman in this first team-up with the Man of Steel, and Ronald Liss was Robin. Batman and Robin returned several times over the years, usually with Matt Crowley as Batman and Ronald Liss always played Robin. Now,listen to Batman on the Radio and Movie Serials from the 1940's.

New Sounds is unlike any radio show you've ever heard: a whirlwind tour of new and unusual music from all corners of the globe. New Sounds combs recent recordings for one of the most informative and compelling hours on radio, and aims to make the world smaller. For over 25 years, host John Schaefer has been finding the melody in the rainforest and the rhythm in an orchestra of tin cans. Defying rigid categorization and genre pigeonholing, New Sounds offers new ways to hear the ancient language of song. With guest musicians from David Byrne to Meredith Monk to Ravi Shankar to Philip Glass to Christopher O'Riley to Bang On A Can, Schaefer presents performances (both in-studio and from the New Sounds Live concert series) and premieres new works from the classic and operatic to folk and jazz, and anything else in between. Each show has a theme, ranging from post-rock to klezmer to African blues to minimalism. The variety of cultures and styles explored is boundless. Music you may not have known existed and now can't live without.

From Beautiful Downtown Merrifield in the shadow of the Mosaic District, it’s the Reddy Kilowatt Hour, presented Thursdays at 9 pm ET on Radio Fairfax (Fairfax, Virginia) and on Saturdays at 8 pm CET on WBRS Belgium. Hosted by a washed-up college DJ that is demonically possessed by a discredited cartoon spokesman for the electric industry. Reddy J Kilowatt is your rock and roll servant, featuring alt-rock, progressive rock, soul, occasional punk rock, deep tracks, forgotten classics, and brand new, angst-ridden favorites. Inspired by the great FM stations and DJs of the 70s and 80s who played whatever they felt like, along with the old AM radio energy of the late 60s - early 70s. There's still great new music out there and we play it in the context of the whole history of both rock and roll. #rock #roll #radio #reddykilowatt #alternative #progressive #whfs #wmms #wxrt #wlir #kroq #wmse #kcrw #cklw #worldsoldestcollegedj #radiofarifax #wbrsbelgium
