Who am I?
I love podcasts!!! Podcasts are a perfect way of expression!! I love to tap into the minds of others and how they perceive topics such as Pro Wrestling, Music, Pop Culture, relationships, Entertainment and everything in between! Because of this, me and my podcast partner started our own podcast journey and we wanted to share with you those who motivated us! We both LOVE the same thing! We love music, we love talking about wrestling, entertainment and the hottest and latest trending topics!!! We have a passion for these topics so we took our expertise and launched a podcast (Your Favorite Marks)!
What is my podcast playlist about?
For the culture…. By the Culture… These podcasts have laid the foundation for the culture to open its doors and allow more people to experience it! These podcasters are game changers! They started off with a small outlet and now they are prominent in their own right! We were inspired by these game changers to launch our own show!
1. The Read
Why this podcast?
The Read is the reason I love podcasting today! I’ll never forget listening to an episode where they were talking about Raven Symone and my life forever changed! LOL!! 2 “no nonsense” people having a normal conversation! The difference is, a mic is in front of them and they’re allowing us to tune in. They promote Black Excellence which is super important to us and they have “listening letters” where they allow they listeners to bring their problem to then anonymously! Of course there are people in this world who don’t act right, thus they get “read” at the end (hence The Read). It’s an amazing show!

Join bloggers Kid Fury and Crissle for their weekly podcast covering hip-hop and pop culture's most trying stars. Throwing shade and spilling tea with a flippant and humorous attitude, no star is safe from Fury and Crissle unless their name is Beyoncé. (Or Blue Ivy.) As transplants to New York City (Kid Fury from Miami and Crissle from Oklahoma City), The Read also serves as an on-air therapy session for two friends trying to adjust to life (and rats) in the big city. The Read is part of the LoudSpeakers Network and is published every week on iTunes, iHeart Radio Talk, Soundcloud & Stitcher.

There is nothing like a man who is expressive and when it comes to Shannon Sharpe? There’s no one greater! Shannon has such a big personality, a podcast is RIGHT up his alley. What I love about his podcast is that he’s not afraid to show his true and genuine self. Whether he’s solo or he has a guest (personal favorite episode is the one with Steve Harvey), he authentic and it’s to the point where you see reflect.
