“You can’t mess up your path... If it’s not amazing, it’s not quite finished.”

In times of hecticness and overemphasis on productivity, sometimes we don’t give ourselves the gratitude we deserve. Being present with ourselves is oftentimes not prioritized, but, in this episode, we’re centering ourselves and listening to ourselves and our inner observer to regain equilibrium.

“Your brain and your conscious mind can handle 30 to 40 pieces of information per second, but your body and your subconscious handles 11 million pieces of data per second.”

If we don’t take time to listen to our bodies, we’ll never be able to gain discernment from our inner observer guiding us. There are so many other things we focus on that we typically only respond and give time to the external. Internally, though, there is so much to learn from.

“The answers are actually inside of you. I really, deep down, know what my next step is. But I have so much noise and so much chaos and so much confusion and so much distraction in my life that I almost feel like I need someone to tell me what to do. If I would just hush and breathe and listen, it’s all there.”

In this guided meditation, we’re taking time to appreciate ourselves. We’re giving gratitude to our bodies and our breath, releasing tension and setting ourselves up to feel good about the work we’re doing with our body, mind, and spirit.
