A former radio and television presenter, turned local government senior executive has given me 40 years of experience to call on for my passion project - a regular podcast sharing the latest news and interviews from local government people in Australia and beyond. There are so many great leaders and stories about local government that should be shared. The closest level of government to the people faces many challenges, but many councils are at the forefront of innovation and provide many examples to inspire others.
