The best podcasts for Getting me through the day and having some fun!

Who am I?
I like Movies, TV shows & interviews with people who make them. I’m also a massive Star Wars fan so to get me through the day, I listen to a good selection that keeps my attention! If a pod has a good guest from TV & Film and do a good job of interviewing I’ll come back each week. Marc Maron is a perfect example of that. He doesn’t ask the normal questions, he doesn’t grill the guest. And he’s earned the right to be listened to even when I don’t know the host! I used to listen to Pokémon podcasts but found they didn’t give me much information about what was coming up. So we made our own! And although we’re not super flashy like others, we learn something new every week from listening to other Pods. I’ve listened to Podcasts for around 12 years now and I love them! As I said above I used to listen to podcasts about Pokémon Go. As a player of the game since it started, I’m always interested in others game play, opinions and help with whatever new thing is going on. But too many of them are concentrating on games within their Pod(which is fine if that’s what you like, but I’m looking for something else) then there’s the growing negativity from recent events and some are even bringing additional toxicity into an already toxic community. Breeding more toxic players isn’t the way forward. We planned to go over the negativity but not to poison minds nor glorify it. Some things need to be said but the rest should be about moving on. So we say it how it is, we keep is positive but realistic. This is after all about or experience and the game we love! We’re certainly not experts but we’ve got plenty to say!
My Show
What is my podcast about and/or how does it relate to the playlist topic you chose?
We are a Pokémon Go Podcast with discussion, breakdown & information pertaining to what’s new & upcoming. We mix all that in with our experience and how our week has been. We pride ourselves in our honesty and minor editing. What we say always comes through(unless the signal is funny between us). We’re each of us thousands of miles away from each other most of the time so stories are always interesting seeing as one of us is from a busy city area and the other from a small town in the middle of nowhere. Which means we both experience different versions of the game. So I’d you like to hear from a Pokémon trainer couple who have a lot to say, XPerience is for you. I decided to make a list of Pods iv been listening to for years and some iv been listening to for a year. Either way, they’re good listens!
What is my podcast playlist about?
Movies, TV, Star Wars and interviews. Oh and a little music breakdown of all things John Williams(THE maestro!) They’ve kept me entertained for a long time! 2 of them for over a decade. We hope that our podcast will be like that for someone else

2. WTF with Marc Maron Podcast
Why this podcast?
This guy has entertained me for I don’t know how long now. He’s interviewed everyone! I don’t know how many episodes iv listened to but they’re never the same! He makes the guests feel at home(which they are, in his home!) and gets a real good interview out of them! He doesn’t mess about, he asks what we all want to know and usually gets some good information you didn’t know.

3. The Weekly Cut
Why this podcast?
Iv listened to these guys for a few months now and they’re the best Movies & TV Podcast out there that iv heard! I used to listen to a lot of them and not only were the breakdowns and interviews long and boring but I didn’t agree with most of what they said. They seemed to be skewed and it almost sounded like they were being paid to promote rubbish lol Whereas the boys on Weekly Cut are honest and I enjoy that. They’re on the same wavelength as me, and iv been listening to some of their back catalog. Long may they continue.

5. Hollywood Babble-On
Why this podcast?
Kevin Smith has his following from his indie movies and if you’ve seen his movies or Q&A’s you know he’s graphic, entertaining and always outrageous! He’s been working with Ralph Garmen for years now and he’s had many podcasts. Both of these guys entertain me when I listen. They do live shows in front of an audience so it’s raw and will have you laughing out loud! They go over the current movies, tv and anything regarding Vegan Kevin, Kevin smoking Weed(or not since he quit), Ralph’s massive testicals or Liam Neesons c*ck!
