Who am I?

We're a group of friends who love Tabletop Roleplaying games! Currently we're in the middle of a Pathfinder 2e quest to escort a world renown Bard and his mysterious Blue Box while preventing a possible Demon Invasion in the Mortal Plane. A few of our Players (and DM) have years of experience with both Pathfinder and D&D, and we wanted to share that joy with our friends who had never had a chance to experience a TTRPG.

My Show

What is my podcast about and/or how does it relate to the playlist topic you chose?

An Actual Play Pathfinder 2e Podcast! Together, 6 unlikely heroes of different shapes. sizes, and backgrounds are hired to transport a world renown Bard and a mysterious Blue Box, but not all is as easy as it seems. This simple errand may end up changing the whole world, for better or for worse. Twists and turns around every corner give his long running campaign a sense of excitement and fun! The Podcasts on our list are some of our favorites to listen to for both entertainment, and to find inspiration for characters, quests, and other shenanigans to get up to!

What is my podcast playlist about?

This Playlist centers around some of our favorite TTRPG podcasts to listen to that combine the best elements of Actual Play, production quality, comedy, and overall entertainment. An amazing Playlist for anyone who wants to get into TTRPGs, or, any veterans who want to listen to entertaining tales!

The podcasts I picked and why

1. Tales from the Stinky Dragon

Why this podcast?

Our favorite TTRPG Podcast. This group takes "Yes, and?" to the next level with crazy and wild roleplaying. A colorful cast of characters and players makes this a fun story to keep up with. Plus, extra time spent behind the scenes with added voice actors, sound effects, and a custom soundtrack make this an excellent podcast to listen to, anytime, anywhere.

You can also go back and listen to where it all began in our first campaign - The Tale of The Infinights! Dungeon Master Gus Sorola leads these band of misfits - Barbara Dunkelman, Chris Demarais, Jon Risinger, & Blaine Gibson - in "Tales From The Stinky Dragon"!

4. The Glass Cannon Podcast

Why this podcast?

Considered one of the best Pathfinder podcasts around, this one does not disappoint. One of the best podcasts to listen to if you're trying to become a better DM. It's an excellent example of how to think outside of the box and incorporate backstory, and other elements to make your players feel more involved and therefore the listener as well.

In the spirit of old-school tabletop role-playing games, a collection of super-nerds engage in Actual Play podcasts of Paizo's Pathfinder Adventure Paths. Interweaving immersive storytelling with irreverent, improvised humor, the Glass Cannon Podcast delivers like no other the experience of what it's really like to sit around a table rolling dice and ball-busting with your best buds. In May of 2022, the original Pathfinder 1E Giantslayer adventure came to an end and the previously unreleased podcast episodes of the Strange Aeons live tour were added. In September of 2023, Campaign Two begins as GM and Glass Cannon Network CEO Troy Lavallee leads a crew of network founders Joe O'Brien, Skid Maher and Matthew Capodicasa along with fan-favorites Sydney Amanuel and Kate Stamas through the Pathfinder 2E Gatewalkers Adventure Path.
