There is a theme in academic medicine that rolls around annually where newbies start tweeting questions like how are you all doing all these meetings and still getting your work done or how do you balance XYZ?
This is definitely the culture of academic medicine, yet every year it feels like a new problem where we just woke up and realized that the way that the academic culture is set up is not actually designed for anybody to be able to functionally do all of the things within the time given.

Listen in as Kemi dissects the power of academic culture and how we can flip it around for ourselves.
