In this episode, we are joined by the talented Adam Merry who recently won Run the Rock 50-miler in Oregon and set a course record. Adam shares his experience about his win, working with running coach David Roche, his journey to compete at an elite level and most notably, his personal mission to increase representation of Black, Indigenous and people of color in ultrarunning.
