Rachel Bailey is a Parenting Specialist who has been serving families for more than 12 years. Besides being a mother of two, she also has master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, a certification in Positive Discipline, and has provided services as an ADHD Coach, in-home mentor, and therapist. Currently she provides parents with practical (long-lasting) tools for improving behavior, moods, and attitudes in their homes. Jill Devine invited Rachel on the podcast to discuss how to foster resilience in children with big emotions. Almost every family has at least one child with big emotions (and some parents are raising several children with them!). No matter the stage of parenting you’re currently in, you will walk away from this episode feeling inspired and equipped to think about the act of parenting in a much simpler way that leads to less stress AND feeling less guilty, releasing your own “Yuck”, too.
