Alrighty folks, welcome back to Season 3, Episode 4 of the Transacting Value Podcast!

It "was the dark of the moon on the sixth of June in a Kenworth pullin' logs," now it's short trips, day trips, automated trips, or long trips. The swindle sheets are still torn up, there's still road blocks up ahead, smart bears, and rigs of every size. What hasn't much otherwise changed is that long stretches of highway often lead to in-depth conversations with yourself and your buddies. If reality doesn't teach you lessons, those honest conversations over "squak box," headset, or bluetooth will. If you value an honest upbringing, blue-collar work, and trucker lessons, then this episode is for you.

Drive safe, Godspeed, and "...keep the bugs off your glass and the bears off your tail..."

Today we're discussing the inherent but underrated July core values of Initiative, Honor, and Freedom as strategies for character discipline and relative success, with a good friend and truck driver, Austin Utter. We cover different aspects of constructive, critical, and honest feedback between you and yourself, or other people. Together, we tackle self-esteem, introspection, physical, emotional, and mental recovery. If you are new to the podcast, welcome! If you're a continuing listener, welcome back! Alrighty folks, welcome back to Season 3, Episode 2 of the Transacting Value Podcast.

It's not uncommon to walk down the street and see a, " Please be patient, we are short-staffed", sign or Help Wanted. Yet finding qualified candidates who are willing to go the extra mile are in limited supply if not top pay. Even our military has revised recruiting standards and guidelines. What happened to honor, initiative, leadership and sacrifice? Are YOU willing to put your best foot forward even if you're given opportunities you didn't want? In the last 20 years society has shifted. Authority is questioned with "Why?" mentality. What has changed? How do you convey that to the "Why" generation? A deeper perspective in patriotism is what motivated decades of servicemembers. What happens when that changes? If you have ever decided that you can't seem to communicate effectively with the subsequent generation, then this episode is for you.

Today we're discussing the inherent but underrated July core values of Initiative, Honor, and Freedom as strategies for character discipline and relative success, with a good friend and Marine Corps recruiter, Chad Elders. We cover different aspects of constructive, critical, and honest feedback between you and yourself, or other people. Together, we tackle self-esteem, introspection, physical, emotional, and mental recovery. If you are new to the podcast, welcome! If you're a continuing listener, welcome back! Alrighty folks, welcome back to Season 3, Episode 1 of the Transacting Value Podcast, formerly SDYT the Podcast!

It's interesting how the simple places we enjoyed when we were young, like fishing holes or limestone paths, are now replaced by progress. No more hidden gems and memory makers. Now, cookie-cutter subdivisions and high rises litter our shores. How can we conserve and preserve when we continue to dilute and pollute? Welcome to that moment, the calm before the storm with the smell of rain in the air, bugs on the water, and bass underneath. If life has reinvigorated your need for a good jon boat convo, or you've been meaning to take that fishing trip to get back to peace, nostalgia, and good friends with great conversations, then this episode is for you!

Today we're discussing the inherent but underrated July core values of Freedom, Initiative, and Honor as strategies for character discipline and relative success, with a good friend and outdoorsman, Rob Bellew. We cover different aspects of constructive, critical, and honest feedback between you and yourself, or other people. Together, we tackle self-esteem, introspection, physical, emotional, and mental recovery. If you are new to the podcast, welcome! If you're a continuing listener, welcome back! Alrighty folks, welcome back to Season 2, Episode 25 of Transacting Value Podcast!

Loyalty to a brand is a personal choice, but a corporate focus. How to create an atmosphere for individuals to feel comfortable, welcomed, part of a family, valued? Why leave that brand? Organizational brands mimic personal relationships. Our character is our personal brand. How we interact with people and how or why people respond favorably to us is because of our brand. Today we're discussing the inherent but underrated June core values of Balance, Learning, and Loyalty as strategies for character discipline and relative success, with a good friend and host of our Survival Dad YT series Walkabout, Jonesy. We cover different aspects of constructive, critical, and honest feedback between you and yourself, or other people. Alrighty folks, welcome back to Season 3, Episode 3 of the Transacting Value Podcast!

Have you ever wanted to do stand-up comedy, exercise your creative freedom? Can you laugh at yourself? What in your past or your values are humorous? A different version of you exists in the minds of everybody you come in contact with, use it to your advantage! From, "I want to laugh, but it's a little cringy," to "I don't care who you are, that was funny," comedians worldwide and across time have had to balance what is funny in the world, to what is funny in the moment. Having the creative freedom to experiment with that balance coupled with the self-given permission to try may only be as effective as their coping skills for rejection. If you have ever wondered why you're friends think you're funny but social media says otherwise, then this episode is for you.

Today we're discussing the inherent but underrated July core values of Initiative, Honor, and Freedom as strategies for values-based leadership and character development, with a good friend and comedian, Casey Reitz. We cover different aspects of constructive, critical, and honest feedback between you and yourself, or other people. If you are new to the podcast, welcome! If you're a continuing listener, welcome back! Thanks for hanging out with us and enjoying the conversation. Values still hold value.
