Welcome Message -Through The Trauma Podcast
Through the Trauma Podcast
03/24/23 • 14 min
Hi I am Amber Larkins
Visionary and creator behind the Through The Trauma Podcast
My goal with this Podcast is 3 fold:
- Give those who have experienced trauma a voice & a safe space to share their stories; where they can find release, closure, and healing from the trauma they experienced, and turn their pain into a purpose by inspiring others who are dealing with similar traumas
- Help those who are in the midst of trauma; those who feel alone and like no one understands what they are going through; I want to inspire them and give them hope when they see triumph really is possible on the other side of trauma.
- Lastly, Raise awareness around trauma, especially the dark side of trauma that no one wants to talk about. In our human nature, we have a tendency to sweep the “ugly” parts of life, under the rug, and avoid talking about them. Yet people are still hurting over these things. BUT there are people, organizations, and groups that help the hurting. And they can show us the journey to turn your trauma to triumph, and I hope to be a place of connection for resources for those who need them.
Will you join me on this journey to of healing?
There are multiple ways to get involved on this initiative, and we hope that you will join us.
And Remember...
You can take back your power
Through sharing your story,
And start to own your purpose!
"My heart is to create a place where people can share their story, experience healing from trauma, and tap into the transforming power that can result in triumph, while impacting and influencing others who need inspiration." - Amber Larkins
