The Visible Coaches Podcast

The Visible Coaches Podcast

Angela Durrant & Anke Herrmann

Are you struggling to build your coaching business? Getting it off the ground is hard enough, let alone the thought of having to sell yourself or spend all your time on social media sharing stories you would rather keep private, just to get clients. Or, If you have left a corporate career to pursue a more meaningful and purpose driven pathway, but you feel isolated and invisible, especially as the noisy online space feels daunting and exhausting to your more introverted nature which craves quiet, rest and space to be creative...we understand. Many of the marketing tactics pushed out leave an introvert cold and just adds to the guilt that you aren’t doing enough to grow your business. You know you want to help people with your skills and services but you are struggling to get more business coming your way, Trying to describe what you do feels like just about the hardest thing out there and when it comes to selling yourself, you might find people say what you do sounds interesting, but that’s about as far as it goes. You know you should be “out there” more, but just the thought is draining. Angela knew what that felt like because she was juggling a family member with cancer and kids and she resisted trying to be visible in the way extroverts told her she should simply because she knew it wouldn’t work for her. Together with her partner Anke, they have been helping other introverted and isolated coaches to find a more gentle path to visibility. This podcast will inspire, educate and empower you as an introverted coach, consultant, or small business owner to build a sustainable business or turn around a failing one. With practical tips and deeper learnings we will help you clarify your message, nurture your market and create repeat business coming to you so you can make it ALL work without sacrificing your wellbeing.
