The University of Life & Phoebe Kuhn
The University of Life
04/29/21 • 55 min
Meet Phoebe Kuhn, a branding & story telling expert thats making an exciting name for herself. In this chat together we explore her space and one of the secret to how she delivers such incredible results for her clients, Human Design.
What is Human Design? It's a logical system that brings together principles of The I Ching, astrology, Kabbalah, Hindu-Brahmin chakra system, and quantum physics. Human Design offers a map, or a manual, that indicates how you are unique as a person, and guides you in living in a manner that is in sync with who you are.
We met a few weeks back and within minutes of our conversation she was sharing her expertise in this area and insights into me that were exceptionally mind blowing. Quite magical to be honest and I've since been exploring the space.
With that, I had to ask her to share more over this podcast. I wanted to explore her journey to where she is and what she's done with herself.
We talk about life, embracing the darkness, her career and the value she brings to her clients. Personal branding and even crypto currencies and investing.

The University of Life & Emma O'Toole
The University of Life
05/14/20 • 51 min
This episode and conversation for me was incredible, Emma is so open, so raw and so unfiltered. We discussed her life journey to date and the lessons she's learned along the way.
The conversations centres around the initial triggers that led to her developing mental health issues, how anorexia soon followed, the various recovery programs that she found herself in, how some of these actually made things worse and how ultimately she then recovered.
This conversation for me was amazing, I don't know the space well enough and with the way Emma so openly speaks, I really learned and grew through this. Its changed my understanding of the whole area and how to help if ever I get the opportunity to.

The University of Life & Dr. Fionnula McHale
The University of Life
06/25/20 • 77 min
Dr. Fionnula McHale is a medical doctor who practices functional medicine. She's predominantly working with people suffering from chronic illnesses and peak performance athletes and individuals.
We journeyed deep into her area of expertise and discussed some simple life hacks that make a big impact in terms of addressing health issues and developing peak performance. We then went into her own journey to where she is today, the challenges she's had, what she learned from these and how she navigated through.
From an entrepreneurial perspective, if you want to perform at your best and optimally deal with the challenges you'll inevitably have to face along your way, you have to learn to work with your body. You are your most important asset. If you don't fully appreciate this you'll burn out and that'll grind your ambitions to a halt but if you do get on top of yourself, you might realise a whole greater level of strength, balance and energy that you never knew was there.
This is a big area of interest for me and I took a lot from this conversation. I think very highly of Fionnula and so I'm delighted to introduce her to you and share her insight and expertise.
I really hope you get value from this, please do let me know your feedback either via Instagram or my site and if you want to connect in with her from here, you can find her via: https://www.instagram.com/drfionnula
