- Create and nurture an internal brand and an external brand
- Be a detective and do the work needed to connect with the buyer - don't just use the same templates that worked yesterday
- Learn from Customer Success, RSMs/AEs, and from case studies - and incorporate this into your conversations
- Try new messaging methods and types - using GIFs, emojis, video and LinkedIn voice messaging as 75% per a RevOps Squared research paper
- Have an unshakeable mindset and know that if you can be successful now, you'll be successful ANY TIME
Definitely worth investing 30 minutes in this.
