What's working for SDRs now - a conversation with Morgan J Ingram

Recently I got to talk to Morgan J. Ingram, host of the SDR Chronicles, former SDR, and now salesperson for JB Sales. We talked for 30 minutes about what's working for SDRs now, and what they need to be doing. A few key takeaways:

• Create and nurture an internal brand and an external brand
• Be a detective and do the work needed to connect with the buyer - don't just use the same templates that worked yesterday
• Learn from Customer Success, RSMs/AEs, and from case studies - and incorporate this into your conversations
• Try new messaging methods and types - using GIFs, emojis, video and LinkedIn voice messaging as 75% per a RevOps Squared research paper
  
• Have an unshakeable mindset and know that if you can be successful now, you'll be successful ANY TIME

Definitely worth investing 30 minutes in this.
