The truth is that the potential of every single one of us is truly and completely limitless but unfortunately it is not as simple as just blind faith and optimism that everything will work out! What we do need is that missing part of the puzzle and that for so many of us is our own mindset - ie the thoughts we have, the stories we tell ourself and the beliefs we cling on to!

Every week I will share a coffee catch-up episode with you - a quick thought from my brain to yours to inspire and help you on your own mindset journey. Believe me, I know how hectic life can be whilst you are spinning all the many plates that life throws at you so these short episodes are designed to give you a quick boost on those days when your time is more limited!
And then once a month, I'll share a longer episode where I can dive deeper into a particular topic or be joined by a special guest to share their own mindset journey with you.

I believe a resilient mindset is one of the key elements to a successful business owner, if not THE most important, so what exactly is a resilient mindset? How can we develop one? And why is just so important?
In this series of podcast episodes, each month I am going to be interviewing a truly inspiring female business owner who has overcome adversity, managed failures, dealt with grief, heartbreak, disappointments and setbacks but are still standing, still working towards their goals and, if anything, are all the stronger for it. Rachel went from a career that started in sales and marketing which evolved into running a copywriting and content marketing business ... to a life made up of personal writing projects, stand-up comedy, political campaigning for women’s equality, learning new languages and acting. And what ties all these things together? Rachel's love for telling stories that deserve to be told.
During her 13 years of experience as a Writer and Content Marketing expert Rachel has worked with both small digital consultancies and large multi-nationals.

Two years ago today we began the first UK lockdown! Did we have any clue what was instore for us?? Zoom kitchen discos, home-schooling, rainbows in windows, daily walks, clapping for the NHS, keeping 2 metres apart, making bread, doing Joe Wicks workouts, building dens, camping in the garden, sanitising deliveries, bingeing on Netflix... It certainly was a crazy, stressful time, but were there some bits we actually miss??? In today's episode of Mums' Night Out we discuss just that!

This episode was inspired by the ramblings of my own mind as we prepare for the change in Covid regulations here in England. In a couple of days' time there will no longer be a legal requirement to isolate if you have covid. Whilst I am pleased with moving in the right direction to 'living with covid', I wonder if we are simply replacing a legal issue with a moral dilemma and, if so, which is the easiest to navigate?!?

And what a way to kick off this brand new series than with my first incredible guest - Naomi Holbrook, known as The Midlife Transformation Mentor, Naomi is a certified Nutrition & Weight Management Coach and best selling co-author whose passion is “Empowering busy women to REVOLUTIONISE their Happiness, Health & Hormones so they embrace the BEST half of their lives”
After many turbulent & traumatic teenage years during and after her Mum's premature death Naomi went on to create a successful 21 year career for herself in the Luxury Hospitality & Wellness Industry.
