Yuliya Yakhontova is the director of the Woodstock Fruit Festival, the world's biggest event for raw vegans. After a history of health challenges, Yuliya became a raw vegan after learning about the lifestyle while working at the Caravan Of Dreams restaurant in New York. Yuliya now lives in Florida where she plans to move the Woodstock Fruit Festival next year.
