113. Laszlo Nagy - Hippocrates To 80/10/10 Raw Vegan Diet

Laszlo Nagy is a Bikram Yoga instructor and triathlete from Hungary. He became interested in the raw food diet after hearing Viktoras Kulvinskas speak. He later visited Hippocrates Health Institute and formed a publishing company in Hungary to publish the Hippocrates catalogue in Hungary.
Later on he changed to a more fruit based raw vegan diet after learning from Dr Douglas Graham at the Slovenia Fruits and Health festival, the Woodstock Fruit Festival and his own events. He assisted in having the book "Grain Damage" published in Hungarian.
