The Keeping it Human Improvised Marketing Show09/11/14 • 31 min
I am Kathy Klotz-Guest, founder of Keeping it Human, coming to you live from San Jose, CA, in Silicon Valley. This show airs Thursdays at 3:30 PM PDT. We help marketing executives and their teams tell their most important company, product and customer stories to the world through fun, inspiring content. This podcast is all about making marketing and content more human, fun and effective. We are a jargon-monoxide-poisoning free zone. Leave a comment on the blog. Follow Kathy A Conference and Movement It's time to bring the fun back to content marketing! Last June, I attended the first ever FunnyBizz Conference (this one in SF). And some, like me and my guest, David Nihill, co-founder of FunnyBizz, have backgrounds in comedy. Join me Thursday, Sept 11, at 3:30PM PDT when we chat about FunnyBizz, why marketing needs it, and how we might just be seeing a movement, thankfully. About David was born in Dublin, Ireland. After graduating with a Master’s Degree in Business in 2003, he moved to San Francisco where he worked for the Irish government; he has been involved with startup companies ever since. He is the Co-Founder of FunnyBizz Conferences, a community conference series helping content creators tap into the power of storytelling, comedy and improv to create better content. He is also the Founder of Comedy for a Spinal Cause. He has performed stand-up comedy at Northern California’s leading clubs including Cobbs and the Punchline even though most people don’t understand his accent.
