144: If you’re considering making a career switch, you’ll want to hear this story. In this episode, you hear from Hannah Russo who met Ang through Happen to Your Career. Ang coached Hannah to help her successfully navigate a career switch and do work that felt more meaningful to her.

Before coaching Hannah:

-dreaded going to work

-was so tired at the end of the day

-felt too “zombiefied” to make intentional healthy food choices after work

-had physical issues from the stress of work, stomach aches, fatigue, headaches, etc.

-was unable to relax on the weekends

-felt like her relationships were suffering as a result of the work stress

-questioned whether she would be able to transfer her skills somewhere else to do work she loved

After starting coaching Hannah:

-was offered two amazing opportunities that aligned with her strengths and values

-chose a role that gave her the salary she wanted, allowed her to help people in the way she wanted (strengths alignment), an opportunity to work with a team she was excited to work with and that honored her values of freedom, wanting to work from home/travel when she wanted, and more time with her family

-Improved her health and relationships

-helped her husband get a salary raise of $10,000+ from coaching resources too!
