A discussion with Dr. Ryanne Pilgeram about her decade long research about women in agriculture and the social, financial and other barriers they contend with including the acquisition of land. Historically women have been excluded from owning land and locked out of the successorship of generational farmland. Land ownership is the great tell of inequality in communities.
