We discussed the moment of realization for social change throughout their lifetime and effective ways and action steps for white men to take in today's society. I encourage you not to shy away from engaging white men of all backgrounds in the conversation about race and inclusion, age is number and maturity is a mindset, some may be open and some may not, but we will never know if we don't try.
