Kaitee is the founder of Moon Body Soul, a company focused on promoting self-love through self-care rituals, inspired by the healing energy the Moon. She creates all natural bath & body products, provides crystals for healing, is a certified yoga instructor, runs a podcast, moon circles and guided meditations. Her passion is inspiring others to heal themselves through mindful movement & self-love practices.

About 3 years ago she was going through a very rough time with an accident that left her injured & at the same time doctors discovered of an underlying autoimmune disorder affecting her thyroid. She decided it was time to cut out everything toxic in her life that she was putting into & onto my body. She realized how incredibly toxic the ingredients were in the usual care products so she worked tirelessly to finally come up with the most natural & healing recipe which was the origin of Moon body soul.

With her love for the Moon & Self-Care, she has held in-person New Moon Circles for women across Los Angeles for the past 2 years and now digitally online . Katie believes leading women through meditations, light movement, journaling & intention setting is a powerful practice of self care. Her classes are inspired by the energy of the cosmos with a focus on sacred alignment & breath work.
