There are three women inside of me: the powerhouse go-getter who has no time for BS, there’s the gypsy dreamer who wants to take her family in a caravan around the country and cut hair along the way, to the mother who is content being settled with simple family life. Who the f**k do they think they all are?
Today we look at balancing different versions within yourself, or hats you need to wear, to allow all parts of you to feel satisfied.
In this episode we cover:
- Balancing different versions of you
- Feeling the pull between the different versions of yourself
- Growth is in the challenge and the failures of life
- Learning how to appease all sides of yourself
- Working out what your values are so you can stay true to your personal values
- Personal values can align between all sides of you, due to those common values
- Finding ways to make sure you are always living your values to their full extent, and questioning any inconsistencies.
