This episode is all about intuition: from the disconnection of our knowing to how to better trust our intuition.
Everyone is born with a knowing, or intuition, but sometimes it can be hard to tap into it.
We dive into the spirit world as I share my experiences of being able to connect with a greater power.
In this episode we cover:
· How intuition can serve you
· It can feel like a sense of familiarity
· Everything carries energy from animals to humans to technology
· We are all born with a knowing, or hypervigilance
· Knowing there is a higher power can help people deal with life’s quirks
· Intuition can be like an internal light within us that we can trust
· How spirits can contact us through intuition
· Welcoming superpowers rather than using the phrase ‘woo woo’ as a warning
· Signs to look for that show you are connected to your knowing
· Creating boundaries in the spirit world
· Allowing your superpowers in and abundance to follow.
