In Part 1, we focused on trying to identify Oswald’s location before the shots were fired. Today, in Part 2, we’ll turn our attention to Oswald’s whereabouts after the shots. Then, we’ll talk about the brief detention of military intelligence officer, James Powell, and examine evidence that the power was turned off around the time of the assassination. After that, we’ll make a conclusion of whether it is likely that Lee Harvey Oswald could have been in place to fire the shots from the sniper's nest on the 6th floor of the Texas Schoolbook Depository Building.
