So motivation is a big buzz word. I mean, when I say buzz word, it's been a buzz word for, you know, probably 40 years and it's going to be a buzz word for a long time. Can I ask you, what is your definition of motivation? I'm probably going to say having clarity and being consistent. And what I mean by that is because this is actually the number one question I get given that people send me my my inbox is Michael I’m struggling on motivation? How do I get motivated?
