Making big changes and setting big goals can be daunting. Too often the goal seems unattainable, the steps to get there are unclear and we begin to be fearful and doubt if we can succeed. When we do that we begin the process of failing before we even get started. A big part of success is believing that we will succeed from the very beginning. We don’t have to know exactly how we are going to get there and we don’t have to be cocky and our goals are easy, but we do have to make those changes and decisions with the conviction that we will win in the end. Listen to today’s short to hear how Muhammad Ali approached his goals and how he said he won his first big fight against Sonny Liston three weeks before he even stepped in the ring.
