Today, I have the pleasure of speaking with Phil Howe from Honeywell Building Solutions.

Honeywell Building Solutions is part of the Honeywell Corporation, a corporation with a turnover of 38Billion Dollars in 2015.

Phil has worked with Honeywell since he joined as an apprentice in 1983 and is now Project Management Excellence Leader for Europe. Phil is an extremely experienced project manager and has been involved in some large scale projects including Terminal 5 at Heathrow Airport and the new Wembley Stadium.
