In recent months, Gaurav has gone viral on social media for his covers of the Beatles songs along his 6 year old son, Ishaan.

In their first in-studio episode, Nadir Pop and Peter Pop are joined by power couple Varun Duggirala and Pooja Jauhari.

Varun Duggirala is co-founder and content chief, and Pooja Jauhari is CEO of, The Glitch, India's leading full-service creative agency. Varun also hosts 3 podcasts, and is the author of Everything Is Out of Syllabus – an instruction manual on optimising life for happiness and high performance. Pooja is also the founder of Seat At The Table – an unbiased investment and advisory initiative. Varun and Pooja are parents to Leia, their daughter.

They tell the Pop duo about how not letting work and home overlap has worked for them as a couple that works together, meeting each other halfway, progressing and growing in life together, their parenting styles being different from their own parents, and parenting in a pandemic.

Freyan has a post-graduate degree in Marketing and Advertising from St. Xavier’s Institute of Communication, Mumbai. She worked with JWT Advertising, was part of the marketing team at Fox Star Studios, and went on to become Head of Marketing at Maddock Films.

Aadhar Malhotra joins Nadir Pop & Peter Pop to discuss the different forms of martial arts. They also discuss the right age for kids to start learning martial arts and the role parents and external teachers play.

Aadhar Malhotra has been training in martial arts for the past 11 years under his teacher Shifu Kanishka Sharma and has been teaching under him since 2013. A former military & law enforcement instructor (under Shifu Kanishka), Aadhar has been trained in various arts such as Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Martial Arts, & Muay Thai along with arts such as Shaolin Kung Fu, Wing Chun and others.

Pratha Rajeev Shetty is an interculturalist living between Mumbai and Paris. While learning and teaching about different cultures, she realised that each country has amazing women who can inspire generations! Unfortunately, not many children know about them. That's when she decided that she wanted to motivate children from all walks of life by telling them stories about women from diverse backgrounds. So that every child can see her/himself when they read this book. Apart from intercultural training, Pratha is also the creator of the group Sisters From Different Cultures where women from all around the world discuss problems they face in their countries and share ideas of how to overcome them.
