That destination or endpoint is the product or service that you're guiding people to.It’s the offer you're going to make.
The starting point is a step or two before that, before your product or service is introduced.That's where we're going to put your freebies out into the world and attract people in.
So, map out your own client journey. What things are they thinking,saying and doing at that first stage? How can you pull them purposely into your world?
