In our opening chatter we talk about what's been happening since we last recorded. What’s on Our Timeline? This week's inspiration comes from, friend in our head, Natalie Clarice with some great advice this cuffing season. Let’s Talk Through It Our first friend is asking for advice about her boyfriend of 1 year. He is constantly asking her to have his baby, mostly while they are being intimate. She is 35 and her best friend tells her it's hard being a single mother and she should wait until she is married. One of our other friends is engaged to her boyfriend of 15 years. They have been on and off over that time. The last off time was because she wanted kids and he was fine with the two he has. When we decided to be back on, I reiterated my desire to have a child and he said one more would be ok and he soon after proposed. So far no plans for the wedding have been made and he says we can be engaged forever. At 46 she wants our help on what she should do. Until we meet again. Pray! Work! Slay! Nicole has been struggling with her voice for the past few weeks. So you all please send prayers up for Nicole because we want her to get her voice back to normal. We’re super, super excited because this week, standing in for Nicole is Cheryl Jackson. In our opening chatter we talk about how our week has been. What’s on Our Timeline? Is what has been on everyone’s timeline for the past few weeks, Kat Williams. Let’s Talk Through It. Our first friend started going to church in college. At some point she started dating the pastor's son. She was a bit wild and wasn't ready to settle down, however, he was focused on becoming assistant pastor. They eventually broke up and she moved back home and got married. Fast forward 10 years, her husband landed a great job in the city where she went to college. So they moved back and joined the church that she used to attend in college, where her ex was the assistant pastor. The chemistry was exactly where they left it and they ended up having an affair. A few months after the affair ended, she found out she was pregnant with her youngest daughter. While it dawned on her that the assistant pastor might be the father, she didn't bring it up because they agreed never to speak on the affair. Now he is the pastor of the church and she really wants to find out if he is the father. She wants to share her truth so that the people know who their pastor really is. She asks us if she should share her truth? Our other friend needs our advice. Her supervisor is very successful and oversees several divisions of the company they work for. The owner and employees love him. However, as his executive assistant, she sees a very different side of him. A man that flies by the seat of his pants, forgets his wife's birthday and she sends her to get gifts for him. He is a workaholic father that consistently breaks promises to his children and makes decisions by the mere flip of a coin. Her gut is telling her to keep it to herself, but part of her wants to share how he really is behind the scenes. She wants to know what we think she should do? Until we meet again. Pray! Work! Slay! In our opening chatter we talk about how our week has been. What’s on Our Timeline? Comes from babyghost115 on TikTok who says don’t date a broke man, however another content creator says that’s bad advice. He says don’t date an uneducated man. Let’s Talk Through It Our first friend says she really loves her man but feels like she is carrying the relationship. They work together and both started at the bottom but now she’s at the top and it’s causing a problem. Our other friend says her man is really starting to upset her. They’ve been together 5 years and aside from the fact that’s too long to wait for a ring, she doesn’t like the way he handles money. Until we meet again. Pray! Work! Slay!
