Menopause Responds To You

Menopause is not only happening to you but responding to you too.
We tend to focus on the actual symptoms we experience during the menopausal transition but do we take the time to notice how we are responding to them. Our thoughts and feelings about each symptom can actually influence the intensity of the symptom. If you feel really stressed about the symptom, if there are outside stressors or if you have negative thoughts about menopause in general, then your symptoms can intensify.
In this episode, I discuss how it is important to acknowledge our thoughts and feelings toward menopause and seek to change them in order to lessen the symptoms. I discuss the importance of experiencing joy despite the symptoms during the transition.
