Dustin Updike is an Associate Professor at MDI Biological Laboratory. Dustin's work looks at how stem cells maintain pluripotency -- the capacity to become other cell types in the body. Dustin and his team use some of the newest and most innovative biological research tools - including CRISPR - to study C. elegans nematodes.
