#36 Input: exploring how what we put into ourselves matters.
In this week’s dose of Magic for Realists I talk about the choices we have in what to put into our bodies. I discuss food, music, energy, and our personal schtick. I suggest that like a radio station we have options of what frequency to tune into. I hope you tune into this episode. (I apologize for the background noise, but didn’t want to re-record cause this original version is precious)

#38 Destiny Loops: exploring the spiral of reoccurring life themes.
In this week’s dose of Magic for Realists I tell a few stories of “destiny loops” in my life. Of places, people, and themes I’ve come back around to in a long, mysterious spiral. Though something is the same, I am different. I explore what we can learn from this phenomenon and how we can choose to complete a loop poetically. I discuss how closing a loop can be an opportunity to say goodbye to physical stuff, and share some questions I ask myself in relation to clearing our things in my life. Enjoy!
