Productivity Tip from one of Jason's coaches, Jason Golderg. If you want to be super productive, pretend you are filming a TV show about who you are as your Optimal Self, the cameras are rolling from the moment your wake-up bell goes off in the morning and they are ALWAYS ON you.

If you can get in this mindset, your optimal self doesn't disguise excuses. You take care of yourself so you can continue to Show Up as your Best Self.
