FEAR, ANXIETY, & WORRY ( Living Lucky )

How would your body respond if you realized your social media and contact list for business were hijacked at 10:30 at night and there weren't any customer service, or fraud hotline numbers to call for help?
Welcome to my Sunday night. I've spent the majority of my career building a solid reputation and relationships with contacts on LinkedIn. One night it was all taken. All the little personal development courses, volunteer experiences, awards, and achievements that became part of who I am today and would have made great resume fodder were gone in an instant. It doesn't change WHO I am. It actually helped me into a space where I calmly walked from my home office to the bedroom and I slept like a baby. Obviously this was after the initial shock of fear, anxiety, and worry were processed, which took about 25-30 minutes. When I woke up in the morning, I stuck to my normal morning routine of meditation, gratitude, tea, community, and a gratitude walk with Jana, then I worked on a solution.
I remember the Jason from 5 and 10 years ago. The emotional distress, revenge thoughts, and destructive (non-productive) behaviors that would have consumed me for days and possibly weeks would have been crippling.
