We are a constant work of art, constantly growing, constantly working on ourselves. Trust that the dots are going to connect in a beautiful picture at the end.
It's okay to have a breakdown to have a breakthrough. Get to you. In this episode you can see how we drifted off center, leaning too far from Jana's authenticity. Whether it was with great intention, or because of exhaustion from working through the holidays while sick, our nature is to drift. The key is to KNOW YOU, KNOW WHERE YOU ARE GOING, be vigilant, stay focused, course correct along the way, and have a spotter/coach.
