In the last 2 years, Jana and I have talked to thousands of people who are getting up every morning and racing to catch up every day only to come home tired, cranky, and a little further behind.

Only about 6% of people actually achieve their goals. I know, it looks like everyone else is really crushing life and has it all together. Some do, but most are doing the best they can to keep up and put on a good show.
Why aren't people achieving their goals consistently?

1. 80% of people don't write goals down
2. Not Visualizing their goals (Get a crystal clear vision of what success looks like)
3. Not emotionally connected to their goals (The WHY)
4. Have too many goals at once
5. Don't have a plan/ intentional daily action
6. Don't have an accountability system
7. Don't feel worthy of success/ also Fear of success and fear of failure
8. They don't have anyone watching their blindspots
9. Stuck in the comfort of the suck

So the good news is that it only looks like everyone else is making it look easy with a few train wrecks here and there.
The question is, are you feeling fulfilled and inspired day to day and do you feel like you are living up to your potential, or are you stuck doing the same things, and having the same thoughts and ideas from yesterday that never come to fruition today?
